- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: Within seven days of the delivery date, we allow returns and exchanges for qualifying products. The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to be qualified for a refund or exchange:

- Return/Exchange Process: If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if applicable) and include all the original accessories and documents.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the shipping costs for return/exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund/exchange within 7 working days.
- Refunds/Exchanges:
